Brock, last October you posted that you purchaed some Caswell canton buffing wheels. That part of the archive is lost in space. What size were they? They are showing 8" as there largest now.

I've been back ordered on the 14" ever since we made the purchase. They told me to check back in February but they still don't have them. I'm ready to give up and buy from Grizzly. I guess the OLF must have overwhelmed Caswell who appear to be more geared toward metal polishing.

I wonder why... there can't be anything complicated about the manufacturing of those.

Thanks for the kind offer Brock, but I was going to try getting in on the 2 for 1 deal and stalk up on a box myself. They don't even list the 14" anymore.

Don, for the 12" Grizzly is actually more expensive(18 bucks for 12") than stew-mac (12.20 for 4 or more).

Thanks Scott. I know some of the other OLFer's swear by the StewMac buffs. I'll do some comparison shopping before I buy again. Calson used to have just about any size you wanted and the 2 for 1 deal was hard pass up. They did have a great price on the buffer, so I figure I came out ahead in the long run.     Don A38465.0291782407
